Books containing multiple-choice-type questions have hints to help struggling students answer difficult questions. The Chhaya app also includes video lessons for visual-reliant and on-the-go students.
However, this app can be unreliable at times as the program marks correct answers as incorrect and shows outdated solutions to a couple of exercises. In addition, some users have complained of being unable to log in due to the app not sending them their OTPs.
